php error när jag använder e107

Jag har börjat med att använda e107 och det har fungerat bra men jag fick detta felmeddelandet nu.

Error: MRBS requires the optional PHP package "iconv".

On a Windows server, enable php_iconv.dll in your %windir%\php.ini;
Make sure both %phpdir%\dlls\iconv.dll and %phpdir%\extensions\php_iconv.dll are in the path
(possibly by copying them to %windir%);
and try again.

jag använder mig av B-one som webhotell

Då blir det till att vända sig till B-one, och be dom lägga till extension iconv.

Det blir att byta webhotell för det gör dom inte åt mig har dom redan sagt
