fade image till fade div?

Hej
Har ett mycket bra script som fade:ar bilder mycket snyggt, nu undrar jag om man kan göra om det så man kan fade en div med 2st bildknappar i utan att det hoppar när man har mouseover på bildknappen.

Eller har du ett färdigt fade script där man fadar en div så vore det ju kanon, har kollat runt och har inte hittat något som funkar tillräckligt bra!
