jag försöker få ett lager på bakgrundsbilden att bli "halvt" genomskinlig så att man ser bakgrundsbilden oxå.. jag har sett dett men undrar hur man gör?? hittar inget om det... är det nått med css?

Var medveten om att dessa filter är IE-specifika och fungerar inte i någon annan webbläsare. (De ingår inte i någon standard, förutom Microsofts egna ;) )
