Å, Ä, Ö i ASP-mail

Det är inte så lätt att man kan använda Server.HTMLEncode(dinSträng)?

Kan väl testa..men undrar om det är det som är felet. Tror att man måste ange något i ASP-mail. Har läst igenom det jag hittar på nätet, men antingen är det för tekiskt för mig eller så är jag helt enkelt för seg idag.

Ett ex på hur det ser ut i mailen..ordet Förnamn kommer fram till mottagaren så här: F6rnamn

Testat Server.HTMLEncode(dinSträng) och det funkar inte.

Det finns ju en funktion som heter CustomCharSet, den kanske går att använda i detta fall.

Jag har aldrig använt ASPMail så jag vet inte, jag vet inte heller i vilket format brevet skall skickas i för att Å Ä Ö skall vara giltliga.

Dom CharSet jag har att välja på är US ASCII och ISO-8859-1.
Mailer.CharSet=2 är ISO-8859-1 och det är ju det som är angivet i min kod. Några andra inställningsmöjligheter när det gäller CharSet hittade jag inte i den infotext jag fått tag på om ASP-mail

Som sagt, den jag skrev ovan finns också. Men jag vet inte vilken du skall välja i den ;)

Vilket format skickas brev i som kan innehåll Å Ä Ö?
