Hur gör man för att tvinga fram stora bokstäver från t.ex "Request.QueryString("month")"?

Det borde funkar fint med:

monthstora = UCase(Request.QueryString("month"))

Fel kodsnutt inskickat av mig.

Hur placerar jag in er lösning i denna:
"<%= MonthName(Month(dDate)) & " " & Year(dDate) %>"

<%= UCase(MonthName(Month(dDate))) & " " & Year(dDate) %>
