SQL Server: Skicka en tabell med id:n till en funktion?

Går det att skicka en tabell med id:n till en funktion?

Något sånt här hade jag tänkt mig:

Create function GetSpecificId
(
	@IdTable table
	(
		RcId bigint
	)
)
Returns bigint
As
Begin

	Return 1
End

Felet som jag får är:
Msg 156, Level 15, State 1, Procedure GetSpecificId, Line 3
Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'table'.
Msg 178, Level 15, State 1, Procedure GetSpecificId, Line 12
A RETURN statement with a return value cannot be used in this context.

Någon som vet om det är möjligt att skicka ner en tabell och hur gör man i så fall?
