Skyddad uppstart

Jag vill att det ska krävas ett lösenord för att öppna ett visst program
(i just detta fall Mozilla Thunderbird, men kan även bli aktuellt för andra program)
pga av en delad arbetsmaskin på jobbet.

Finns det några program för att lösa detta?
Sökte på google, och hittade 2 program (minns ej namne på dessa just nu),
men ingen av dom funkade.

Någon som har ett tips?
