Gjorde som lazat skrev, och kollade BIOS. Den här infon fick jag.

Med ATA hårddisk (E:) inkopplad

1st Boot Device \[3S- \_NEC DVD_RW ND-3520\]

2nd Boot Device \[PM-SAMSUNG SP1614C\]

3rd Boot Device \[1st FLOPPY DRIVE\]

Med ATA hårddisk (E:) bortkopplad

1st Boot Device \[3S- \_NEC DVD_RW ND-3520\]

2nd Boot Device \[3M-SAMSUNG SP1614N\]

3rd Boot Device \[1st FLOPPY DRIVE\]

Om jag försöker att starta med ATA hårddisk E: inkopplad nu så får jag upp meddelandet "NTLDR is missing" Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

Nu har det löst sig. Kopplade in E-disken och gick in i BIOS vid uppstart. Under harddisk drives ändrade jag 1st boot device. C-disken låg som 2nd boot device.

Formaterade sedan E-disken med Partition Magic

Tackar så mycket för tipsen!

Kan du inte sätta enhet E: som first boot device i BIOS ?
