I det här fallet betyder det nog att hålla in dem längs sidorna. 
En annan vanlig betydelse är att stoppa om 
någon som ska sova. 
"I tuck you in" = "Jag stoppar om dig".

Japp, tucked in betyder att stoppa in eller stoppa om och i det här fallet ska man hålla armbågarna tätt mot kroppen (de skriver ju också  "i motsatts till armbågar ut" i texten).
