Har jag hjärnsläpp eller finns det inget bättre sätt?

Jag har en hel drös med checkboxar som representerar olika saker. Det som besökaren vill ha kryssar denne i. Sedan skickas allt ihopa via epost till mottagaren.

Hur skriver man detta utan att använda en massa if-satser (för det blir många).
