Man kan fråga sig om detta är rätt forum atts tälla frågor om amerikanske copywrightlagstiftning (skulle tro att du ahr bättre tur på något amerikankse forum :) ), men jag kan inte se något problem egentligen. Samma sak gäller väl ungefär i Sverige med?

På den alternativa webtidningen Common Dreams finns att läsa en massa artiklar, bl.a. artiklar från NY Times. När jag av en slump får syn på texten i foten av varje artikel så blir jag lite förvånad:

Betyder detta att det i USA är fritt fram att använda vilken copyrightskyddad text som helst, så länge man inte kommersiellt utnyttjar verket och/eller anser att det skulle vara i "undervisningssyfte"?
