Få fram storlek på fönstret

Hej.

Hur får man med javascript fram fönstrets höjd och bredd? Det enda jag har hittat är document.body.clientHeight, men det ger inte hela höjden på browsern, utan endast själv delen med html-sidan.

window.height och window.width verkar inte heller funka.
