CSS i olöika browsers

Varför blir det olika i olika browsers??
ta en titt på https://www.megafonreklam.se och "kontakt". i safari funkar det perfekt men i ie och ff blir det helt mysko?
jag använder div:ar för att placera texten.

Du har fel i css-koden vilket kan vara en förklaring till varför det inte funkar:

Plus att Doctype saknas. vilket är det viktigaste steget i att få hemsidor att se lika ut i olika läsare.

nu funkar det bra i IE och safari men inte i FF... =(
