# Fel versioner...

## #1 — Vide, 2001-09-17T19:45Z

Hejsan,

något konstigt funkar som det ska, men inte Quake3 som jag vill.

När jag startar Q3 så får felmeddelandet "User Interface is version 3, expected 6".

Jag har nyinstallerat Q3 och patchat upp den till 1.29h_beta.

Vad är fel?

På svenska så betyder det att mycket annat fungera men inte specifikt Q3... ;)

> Uninstall the game following the directions outlined below.

> Double-click on the Add/Remove Programs. 
> Find Quake 3 Arena in the list of programs, highlight it, then click the Add/Remove button. 
> Delete the Quake III folder from the hard drive. 
> Reinstall the game now using the Full install size, try installing it to the default directory to be safe (C:\\Program Files\\Quake III Arena).
