# Konvertera Excel-tabell till MySQL-tabell?

Jag skulle vilja ha följande tabell Excel tabell konverterad till MySQL 

Namn                  Avd  Telefonnummer 
Kalle                  IT           2333
Ville                   IT           2211
Pelle                  IT           2341
Problemet är att jag också vill få tecknet å,ä och ö korrekt med, samt de tomma fälten ersätts med tecknet -. Kan nån hjälpa mig eller eventuellt har ett färdigt script?
